Yep...no need to look. When are the people in CA going to wake up to the fact that some people do illegal things when there are no repercussions to their actions?

There should be something to address those issues and to take them seriously. There is...it's called the law. However, for laws to have any impact, you have to have enforcement of the law and CA has decided to replace punishment under the law with singing one verse of Kumbaya and then letting the criminal go free.
