The Clinton Presidential Center will hold a restrospective next week about Hillary Rodham Clinton's years in Arkansas.
The program will feature excerpts from a forthcoming oral history that Clinton -- a former U.S. Senator and a former secretary of state -- recorded in 2019 with the David and Barbara Pryor Center for Arkansas Oral and Visual History. (snip)
The retrospective -- "Grace and Grits: A 50-Year Retrospective of Hillary Rodham Clinton's Years in Arkansas" -- is scheduled for 6 p.m. April 12.
Organizers ask attendees -- whether they attend in person at the Clinton Presidential Center on via webstream -- to register here.
In 2023, officials announced plans for an expansion of the Clinton Presidential Center that will include an institute to house the personal archives and papers of Hillary Rodham Clinton and "serve as a hub" for her charity and advocacy work.
A 50 year retrospective of her Arkansas years?
She married Bill in 1975, then went to the White House in early 1993, and never returned to Arkansas after their White House years.
What’s with this 50 year review, when she was in Arkansas only 18 plus years of the last 50 years?
I live in the state and I live in Little Rock, I can’t imagine what retrospective of her time in this state would be worth anyone’s time to look at there wasn’t any. She never had any accomplishments in this state whatsoever. She didn’t do anything notable, but we’re going to have a retrospective of her impact on the state of Arkansas well, whatever impact she had was pretty damn negative.
I remember watching the crowd at thr Javits Center waiting for Hillary to come there after winning the election………
.
Good times .😄

I’ve never witnessed an election like it.(I’m 53)
Trump was done, he was going to get blown out like Goldwater, Mondale, or McGovern, then he won & became the 45th President.😀
Ahh, the Arkansas years!
Hillary spent her time baking cookies and Slick Willie spent his poking cookies.
What about the two dead kids on the railroad tracks?
The resemblance was greater before Chelsea disappeared for a summer and had plastic surgery.
Hillary’s Arkansas years, way back, when the hit list was only around 50, or so.

Is it me or is the word “oral” really needed in matters concerning the Krintons? Upon further contemplation it seems to be the perfect word.
Can’t wait to see “Good Times with Webb Hubbell”
She could start with a lecture on how you can make $100,000 on cattle futures simply by getting a political gift from your broker and of course giving some poor slob the loss.

Didn't "Rush" say she was the "Queen of recycling"? Tax credits for "recycling used underware"?
event to be hosted by Juanita Broderrick
On 8/6/16 (my Mom's birthday) I attended a Trump rally in a small town in New Hampshire. The gym was packed and it was a great time. When DJT left the stage I made a bee line to the exit (I had a long drive home) only to find that the Secret Service had the exits blocked so DJT could make a clean getaway.
I happened to be a foot or so from one of the SS agents and I asked him if the stories about Hillary abusing agents were true. He didn't say a word...or shake or nod his head...but he had a big smile on his face saying "you bet your damn a$$ they're true.
My wife is from Hazen. I went to high school in Booneville. U of A alumni.
