The only question I have about the article is the writer called the FN PS90 a submachine gun, which it is not. It’s a semi-auto chambered in 5.7 x 28mm.

Doing shots and then hitting the range is NOT a good idea.
Great conceal carry. They have an XL version for larger hands. Mine is regular and I manage just fine.

It's this writer's lame attempt to imply that the Lake's consumed alcohol concurrent w/using firearms. The writer used “shots” in the sense of “gunshots” trying to be cute; knowing that some people would misinterpret the statement to mean “shots” of alcoholic beverages.
Of course, the writer will have plausible deniability if challenged for their use of the deux entendre.
