Which is one of the big reasons so many Christians think this is the end times.
The level of technology we have these days allows for the kind of control that the antichrist needs to institute his one world everything and the mark of the beast for buying and selling.
At the rate we’re going, I don’t see the human race surviving much longer without divine intervention.
By the way, I know exactly how they will force us off the dollar.
All they need to do is print a zillion of them.
Either you go to the new US Credit, or you stay with the US Dollar and lose your shirt.
Everyone needs to answer this question.
How will the drug trade exist without cash?
Because drug use is illegal, transactions must be secret and anonymous. Anything digital can be tracked by the government.
Barter for drugs is impractical and use of precious metals is uncommon.
The drug trade trade depends on the end user. These people do not and cannot use sophisticated means of payment that avoids detection without cash.
Now if we see a move to legalise drugs, that is the drugs that bring in lots of profit, then the replacement of cash with digital currencies becomes more likely.
However, there are powerful forces in the government that depend on the drug trade. These include the courts, police state, prisons. And outside government such as money laundering banks.
Also keep in mind that the drug trade is largely in dollars so this supports the demand and therefore the price of dollars.
Magnetic ink is 30 years ago. That’s what’s on checks. Checks are dead.
Drug guys already use pay apps, venmo, paypal, etc etc. The signal to noise ratio on those things is enough to be anonymous even though it isn’t. Tons of people kick $20 to each other on those things, nobody knows if those $20 are for drugs, or movie tickets, or just because. Cash is already dead, even in the drug world.
The reason we have inflation is because they have already printed a zillion of them, already.
Supposedly, it is to curb money laundering, whereby our esteemed leader and his family,
has already demonstrated that currency can, and has already been easily laundered.
Take a lesson from NJ (D) Senator Menendez and invest in precious metals to escape the fallout value from inflation of currency.
Gold, silver, and palladium will always retain its value even during inflation; these are world-wide valuable commodities which also hold industrial value.
Also, note that the IRS wanted this year to have Venmo, Paypal, and other exchanges to issue 1099 forms for value in excess of $600.oo this year, so they could track it.
It will probably happen next year for 2025.
Which is exactly why the people in places like Venezuela have been buy into bitcoin. Yeah, it’s not backed by anything…but it’s saving those citizens from the government debasing their savings.
‘
Not trying to start a debate on bitcoin per se…but people will let the government do whatever stupid stuff they want…up to a point. When they start screwing directly with paychecks…the people will find another way.
I have read Hayek’s “The Road to Serfdom”. But not this…thanks!
Is it past time to stock up on standard ‘bartering’ items?
Whiskey.
Warm Socks.
Cigarettes & Cigars.
Bullets.
Canned Goods.
Powdered Milk.
Porn. (LOL!)
Seems pretty risky for a dealer. An informant or stooge working with a phone and law enforcement could bag dozens of dealers fairly quickly. Transactions could be time stamped with dollar amounts equating to amount of drugs purchased.

That works just as easily with cash as venmo. Cops just need a camera. Which of course is why the corner system got invented, one guy takes the money, somebody else gives the drugs. Which works just as easily with the apps. Cash is dead. It’s been dead for decades. Just had a lot of momentum.
It is not just the sticks—it could be the carrots as well.
Behave “properly” and you could get rewards.
We saw hints of this with the vaxx craziness.
CBDC, implemented the way that governments and one-Worlders want, is the key to Prison Planet - and THEY are not the prisoners.
I believe that some form of CBDC is, sadly, inevitable. As such, there appears to only be one way to combat it, which is to have assets in an alternate and uncontrollable (for them) digital format. That would be something like Bitcoin. From everything that I have read, the only way to have absolutely secure possession of your bitcoin, or any other cryptocurrency, is to have it on a “cold wallet.” Another layer of protection would be to have a requirement that two out of three, or three out of five, people give the appropriate code phrase in order to open that wallet and access the funds. Reduction of risk can be achieved by having multiple cold wallets, preferably in different physical locations. That way you always have access to at least some of your digital money.
