President DJT was not a dictator during his first term. There were times, in my opinion, that he should have gone scorched earth but he chose not to. He did not.

Absolutely correct. He talks tough, but often doesn’t follow through. Hillary is a great example. She went from going to prison, to beautiful Hillary. We could have had a wall too, if he had used his full power.
