What's seriously telling about that list isn't the low position of Baltimore, but the negligibility of NYC. Used to be THE major port until the 1960s when the unions kept containerization out. Thought they were protecting their job security.
Of course it WON'T. It may take TWO years, or more, to rebuild/replace the bridge... but ACCESS to the PORT by CARGO SHIPS will be available within 30 to 60 DAYS.. and maybe even sooner!
Heck, that’s shorter than a lot of Longshoreman Union strikes!
