These ships are crewed by whatever international crew will work for the least amount of money. It is not surprising that some are incompetent or that others are saboteurs or terrorists.
Or just drunk.
The six construction workers working on the bridge who were lost in the river were all foreign nationals, probably illegals. Can imagine the quality of their “repairs”.
Whether by incompetence of crew, the management, cheap parts or cunning saboteurs, this shocking disaster shows us one thing: the philosophical base of our country upon which Capitalism flourished has been dismantled without a shot being fired.
