Any “spoiling” done by RFK Jr is the fault of the Democrats themselves. The DNC should have welcomed RFK Jr into the primary race. And let the best person win.
But, no. They froze RFK Jr out completely. They deserve all the problems they get from that.
He can go court the uncomitted leftist in MI and MN. We’ll knoe who he’s hurting when we see where he campaigns. Does he even care about Oregon? If not, why not? Does he care about NH? If not, why not?

I sure hope RFK Jr. has hired a reliable security detail. There is no telling what the desperate RATs will do. I’d hate to see Dion Dimucci adding another Kennedy to his song.
Biden is jealous because RFK, Jr.’s VP candidate is prettier than Kalamity Harris.
And... she can afford security details in case Joe’s goons decide to continue withholding Secret Service protection.

It’s worth noting that RFK Jr asked for Secret Service protection once he became a candidate. The Biden administration denied that request.
I hope RFK Jr has good private security. Because if he surges too much in the polls, the Deep State might take an interest… if you get my drift.
Why, then, did the Democrats NOT just summarily dump Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and institute a return to American values? Say what you will about RFK Jr. and Nicole Shanahan, they are both far more pro-American than the crew presently occupying the Oval Office.
But honesty is not the province of the current bunch of Democrat Socialists now in control of what remains of the Democrat party.
So the entry into the race for the Presidency of the “independent” ticket of Kennedy/Shanahan will subtract votes directly from the clown show that is the Biden/Harris ticket, and very likely Team Trump will take the plurality in virtually every state, if not the majority in many of them.
That should be a salubrious lesson for the kingmakers who fund the Democrats. Straighten up and fly right.

I have to laugh at this one as RFK is not in this to win. He’s in it to hammer his opponents. He knows he doesn’t have the support with his name only next to the two heavy weights that he will get the nonobligatory votes that don’t exist in near enough numbers. And his opponents have already secured their best efforts over his chances, Trump with mega and Biden with his being democrats vote democrat no matter who is running.
Either side needs to dispatch him rapidly so as not to give voters the opportunity to stray. Look for charactor attacks and mudslinging as everyone knows he can’t win, but can be harmful to either side.

Now the Democrats GET A TASTE of what Republicans have to deal with in every election cycle, which is the ‘Libertarian Party’, which, of course, is a tool of the Democrats.
I give the Dems credit for one thing - they know a THREAT when they see one - and that being a well-financed candidate that draws from their base. Back in 1992, the IDIOT Republicans figured that the Perot voters would ‘come home’ to Bush, rather than let that pervert win. They didn’t come home, and Perot got 20% of the vote, and it was only that low because he was afraid of winning (at one point he was at 25% nationally and threatened to take it all), and so Perot ‘got weird’ the summer before the election, which got him back to just being a spoiler.
In Kennedy’s case, he would be a viable contender for winning the presidential election, but ONLY IF Trump wasn’t running, for Trump will get his 40% minimum regardless of whoever else is on the ballot (the saying that people will crawl over broken glass to vote for Trump means something)...so a strong 3rd party only helps Trump.
Democrats did not ever complain about Perot or Buchanan insuring a Clinton victory, now did they? Since Reagan, the fix has been in on the Republican side with either a RINO or a Democrat getting elected!!
