Years ago, I went to a small Holiday Spa with one locker room. One day would be men in the daytime, women at night. The next day would switch. Friday nights, the locker room was shared. Men had two sections, women had two. Everybody used the one set of showers.
Guess that can’t happen today.
But they sound the “Lunk Alarm” because grunting makes the women uncomfortable.

Most real men are probably too polite to rush the womens lockers but its what would be needed to force decisions.

An enterprising person might recruit a couple of burly types who also “identify” as women to enter the bathroom and hurl the freak out the bathroom door, hard.
