An adorable dog named Daisy somehow got her head stuck in the middle of a wheel and had to be rescued by New Jersey firefighters.
“Daisy found herself stuck in the rim of a tire at home,” the Franklinville Volunteer Fire Company said of Thursday’s bizarre call, without explaining exactly how the four-legged furball got there.
The poor lab looked forlorn and wet during the rescue op, where “Iinitial efforts to free her with soap and water were unsuccessful,” the fire service said.

“Bet that dog was freaking out”
No kidding. I wonder if they gave the dog a sedative.
I would have thought a grinder would have been the tool of choice. That guy must be REALLY good at his plasma cutter! They pooch must have been wrapped in a welding spark blanket.

I was wondering about how the pooch was protected. Likely so.

Having a yellow lab companion much like this unfortunate puppy,
I can tell by her mug she's thinking "What did I get myself into??"
No pun intended

>>guy must be REALLY good…
He is.
Notice how he squints his eyes instead of using dark safety glasses?

The guys in the second picture should all be wearing safety glasses around metal-cutting activity.

I see three people without eye protection in the second photo, including the guy with his glasses pushed up on his forehead.
To: HartleyMBaldwin
It also looks like molten metal is bouncing off his forehead.
