I have no doubt that LHO was shooting from the School Book Depository and he did shoot Kennedy. Now was he the only shooter? Probably not.

Yes, I’ve read that if Oswald could have been tried for the murder of Tippit - he would probably get off.

He would get off on both murders.

Oswald was not spotted on the 6th floor. He was on the second floor at the coke machine.

In regards to Tippett, they ran the gunshot residue test on Oswald & it came back negative.

I’m not gonna spend my time going thru all the inconsistencies and cherry-picking evidence.

I shared the same opinion as yours concerning Oswald just being part of a group of shooters. But after reading those books, it’s easy enough to toss out Oswald as firing a shot.

It’s spelled out in the 3 reputable books I mentioned.
