I had a corporate guy from FedEx tell me that there are few things the company deals with that are more disruptive than changing the clock twice a year.
The problem is exacerbated by the fact that the company is doing more and more business globally with countries that don't have DST. Very few (if any) countries in Asia observe it.

Wow, I can only barely imagine what that’s like for tens-of-thousands of employees worldwide, and having to deal with that stupid crap ‘tradition’. It messes-up many, many people for a week or two, maybe more.
