Police on Saturday arrested the man accused of shoving his girlfriend onto the tracks of a New York City subway, which caused the victim to lose her feet.

Am I to assume that the perpetrator will be released without a bond? 🙄

I would reckon so. Attempted murder is less than actual murder, and actual murder charges are often released without bond, in NYC.

Yeah, cut his off and attach them to her.

I like your idea. The punishment would fit the crime.

An eye for an eye works pretty good for me sometimes.
He actually needs to be charged with attempted murder.
There’s no doubt about the intent of pushing someone onto subway tracks of an oncoming train. He meant to kill her.

I’m glad the victim wasn’t a cartoonist by trade, otherwise the details of this crime would be rather sketchy.
