No. if he was he would have dropped a nuke on Ukraine long ago.
Stop using that tactic, because it is not going to happen, unless we keep pushing him to go there.
He wants Ukraine back, and Obama and Biden and the rest of Europe have told him for 16 years we will help you get it back. Now because of how they screwed things up they cannot afford for Putin to take Ukraine, because then Putin will have all the evidence needed to prove they were involved many many illegalities that made Obama, Clintons, Biden, and many Western European leaders wealthy in the last 10 years.
Hitler could have used poison gas on, say, Leningrad - but he didn't.
Poison gas was the "nuclear weapon" of that era. Hitler didn't deploy poison gas because he knew that his enemies would then use gas against his forces.
Putin follows the same calculus.
Putin is today’s Hitler.
