Seems a bit harsh for a careless mistake. In Texas, we have a lesser criminal charge, “Criminally Negligent Homicide.” I think that would be more appropriate. Involuntary manslaughter involves some mental culpability that the act you are committing probably will injure someone with deadly force.
Now, can every vehicle fatality accident due to a careless driver result in an involuntary manslaughter conviction?

I am not familiar with “movie set regulations” other than what I have read about this case since the girl’s death.
Baldwin already paid off the husband.
Movie productions use LLCs for obvious financial purposes.
I’m pretty sure Baldwin has his monetary situation squared away.

Obviously you overlooked the quotes in my post.
Everyone I know who handles firearms treats any and every firearm as though it is loaded. It’s obvious that Baldwin has no experience handling guns.
