A “person” on TikTok with a huge ring through “its?” nose and weird hair was upset that the job they applied for was suddenly filled. This person felt, probably rightly, that they lied about the job being filled. There’s no way I’d have hired someone who was so off-putting weird looking, regardless of what the job was. One of the HR managers where I worked had a privately funded study showing that if you hired someone who was a Democrat, or someone who looked really non-standard, your probability of having a problem up to and including a court case, was significantly higher than if you hired a registered Republican. As the study said, an unhappy Republican just quits. A liberal wants to force the company to change.
Mulvany is unemployable. The fact that someone did hire him and suffered the consequences was predictable.
I used to work closely with HR as in I would try to get them to send the departments candidates that would actually FIT into the group. But no. The crowning moment was when they sent a vegan activist (is there any other kind?) as a candidate to work in the lab. One of the jobs of the lab was to go and test dairy herds.
