never seen it so empty.
i assume lots are voting by mail in ballot.
side note
this was first time i was asked to identify myself, and had to do an electric signature sign in that kept a record of my signature.
a good thing imo.
a first since i started voting here in shasta county also
A lot of people who vote in person don’t vote until after work.
You are right to complain. Although it is pretty much a given that Trump is the nominee, all our voices need to be heard. Any low turn-out numbers will be used by the media to promote the narrative that Trump can’t win in November. That will reduce the numbers of those voting in future primaries. Haley needs to have almost a zero percent vote total. Otherwise the mantra will be “Haley still has a chance”.
#41 and #43 for me and my wife. 10:00AM.
I’m coming by after work :)
good point.
although ive always voted first thing in the morning and it has always previously been a line .
could be the stormy weather thinning out the in person voting too.
If I didn’t take the whole day off, I voted after work. Now I can probably vote any time of day.
I mean, the presidential races are low drama at this stage. There are sometimes some judicial and school board races. I can understand people who don’t see the urgency.
Before I retired, I voted first thing in the morning. However, since retirement we usually go in the afternoon, but before the after-work crowd shows up. Hopefully, the numbers pick up later in the afternoon and the after-work voters will bring up the numbers for President Trump.
I voted about an hour and a half ago in Denton County, TX. Walked right in got a ballot, voted and right back out. Nobody in line. Haven’t seen that in a long time.
Th only consolation was that the ‘Rats voted on the other side of the same gymnasium, and there even fewer people there.
Why bother. It’s rigged.

true.
but this one is seriously important,,
the other states way more than calif,
but it sure would be nice to see shifty lose.
It’s a primary and the two presidential candidates are essentially known - Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
Unusually low turnout at my polling place in Birmingham which was nice as I did not have to wait. Not much on the ballot to deal with. It was a yawner.
Voting in person on election day is the ONLY way you can vote in Alabama. Absentee voting is available but you have to have a valid reason.
I was voter 31 just after 10am. Excepting four staffer, no one else was at the polling place during the short time I was there. Here in central VA there was no campaign presence whatsoever by either party. I think the Super Tuesday concept is artificial and spreads the candidates too thin. If Haley manages to organize in the urban areas, there could be mischief.
Why bother. It’s rigged.

i know how you feel,,
but fight to the end.
Thanks, I didn’t know that.
My wife and I voted in Auburn…. Very low turnout … the election official handed me a Republican ballot before she even asked LOL!😂
I voted in Elmore County. A good size turnout so far at lunchtime when I went.
The machine that scans the filled-out ballots broke, and the line grew really long to scan it. Finally, the nice old folks who run the voting site just collected the ballots by hand and said they’ll scan them in as soon as the machine guy showed up to fix it.
Now, perhaps many of you are thinking, “A-ha! The fix! is in!” and that thought did go through my mind, but I know these local election people. They are perfectly conservative, love their community and go to church all the time (where I often see them). lot’s of grandkids who still say Sir and Ma’am and behave themselves.
This is Elmore county, not Maricopa!
