In fact, no Democrat is going to subject themselves to the Primary process because anyone radical enough to appeal to the insane Democrat base will be completely unelectable by the saner American general public.
Right now there is a power struggle in the Democrat party between a Biden crony crew who wants to cling to power regardless of circumstances and a wider Democrat party that wants to use President Biden as a stalking horse providing cover for candidate who will suddenly come to the rescue of the party and the country when poor old Joe must withdraw due to infirmity or untimely demise

There is another factor one must consider - the lazy factor. She also wouldn’t want to become President unless she didn’t have to do any work.
Of course she could gather up a lot of people to help with the work stuff. But it would still be a lot of trouble for her.
Her delusions of grandeur might offset the lazy factor. Not sure. I would never rule it out if she was essentially guaranteed a victory as you said.
