If it weren’t for family, I would leave the US. There are better countries with better healthcare and lower income needs.

But be careful where you leap; the past four years have exposed a lot of countries to be run by dictators and peopled by obsequious imbeciles.
I think a lot of "Plan Bs" are being reconsidered.
