(Cotton’s request re: spring roll)
Fillings for spring rolls
1- Any combination, any amount, add or admit some ingredients
2- egg roll or spring roll wrappers (spring rolls more delicate & rip easily)
3- pre- cook or leave raw veggie ingred( many spring rolls are not cooked
4 - decide cooking method: pan fry, deep fry, bake, air fryer
Dipping sauce ideas numerous. My favorite is bottled sweet chili sauce
Possible ingred and suggested amount
1.5 c broccoli slaw or regular coke slaw.
*1 c shred carrot
*1/2 c slivered almonds
*1/4 c daikon slivered(white radish)
*.1/4 c slivered water chestnuts
*1/2 c julienne orange / red pepper
* 1/2 bean sprouts
*1/2 c slice scallions
1 C chopped mushrooms
*1 c brown rice or rice vermicelli or glass noodles
cooked & coarse chop
*for non cooked spring rolls avocado
* spices of choice added to other food you’ll used mixed in bowl
Curry, Ginger, garlic, turmeric, cumin, Chinese 5 spice etc. add what you like)
(When I make for others add 1 c cooked coarse chop shrimp, minced pork , shredded crab or shredded chicken and use egg roll wrappers as they are heavier and sturdier)
Here are some sites with more ideas and methods. There’s no right or wrong. Nor authentic. In varied countries and regions there are variations

Thanks so much dollg! I’m glad you gave options, so I can mix it up a little.
I love sesame oil so I’ll put that into a dipping sauce
