Georgia prosecutor Fani Willis and her former lover Nathan Wade are facing two ethics complaints from a conservative government watchdog group based on their court testimony on allegations they had an 'improper' affair.
The American Accountability Foundation (AAF) is requesting that the Georgia state bar open disciplinary proceedings against the Fulton County DA and Wade for violations of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.
AAF is alleging Wade lied under oath about his relationship with Willis, and alleging that Willis admitted to keeping campaign money for personal use on the witness stand.
"To ensure that the citizens of Fulton County and the State of Georgia understand that the Bar will not countenance any violation of its ethics by those charged with upholding it, we urge you to revoke Ms. Willis’ license to practice law and permanently bar her from practicing law," adding the same request in a separate complaint against Wade.

As they should be. For their conduct they should be disbarred.
State board can drag this out. Minimum, they end up on some 3-year probation and a fine. I agree...neither have the skill/talent for lawyer duty, and it hampers anyone hiring for such service. But the state board is probably contaminated and fearful of where it’d lead (probably over a thousand lawyers in the state....unqualified).
If the board happens to take this up and penalize Willis and her John, somebody is going to burn something down.
It’s the way the radical left rolls…
The American Accountability Fndtn (AAF) asks Georgia State Bar to open disciplinary proceedings:
<><>alleging county-paid Wade lied under oath about his romantic relationship with DA Willis,
<><>alleging that Willis admitted in court to keeping campaign money for her personal use.
On Feb 15. 2024 Willis testified before Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee WRT her reimbursement of Wade w/ cash sans bank or transaction receipts.
Willis was asked where the cash originally came from. She clearly replied: “I’ve had cash for years in my house. So for me to tell you the source of where it comes from ... when you go to Publix and you buy something and you get fifty dollars and you throw it in there. It’s been my whole life. “
Willis then asserted, “When I took out a large amount of money
during my first campaign, I kept some of the cash of that.”
AAF claims that Willis’ “admission” attests “to a clear violation of Georgia Campaign Finance law.”
They should be prosecuted for perjury and sent to jail, but I doubt that it will happen.
Both should be disbarred for participating in their own personal RICO scheme for malicious prosecution of President Trump, overseen and supervised by the WHite Privileged staff lawyers in the White House using Wade and Willis as stupid mutual fuckees and fall guys.
Wade and Willis should be tried for criminal activity and encouraged to turn states eveidence against the bastards in the WHite HOuse who are conducting law fare against one man and the People so they cannot vote for him. That's an election crime.
Disbar them immediately and take them off the Trump RICO malicious prosecution of a former sitting President.
Wade and Willis were caught red handed by the Justice Gorilla!
I’ve listened to a lot of it on Megan Kelly’s show - the texts are damning.
Fani Willis thought - stupidly - she was above the law. Maybe she thought her skin color protected her from criticism - she’s already screamed “racism” several times.
She also has a big mouth and doesn’t know when to shut up...As Darren Kavanoki says in his commercials “As your lawyer, I advise you to ‘shut the f up - it doesn’t make you look stupid, it makes you look smart!”
Finally someone is using the left’s tactics back against them. Why did this take so long?
