What is worse these students are being trained to never question the political narratives that are at the core of medical policies and even theraputics. Students who questioned the safety and effeciveness of masks and vaccines were often severely chastised and disciplined. Students of conscience are hounded when they refuse to participate in abortions or child mutilations.
The AMA has been bending over to the latest progressive nonsense for decades.
If you’re a real doctor you see patients. If not, you get on the AMA board and destroy the medical profession.
Some real doctors need to take one for the team and take control of the AMA.

A friend's wife has been near death and six weeks to recover when after kidney stones big as Gibraltar and an ensuing infection was treated for a non-existent pulmonary infection by some black quack.
Partially her fault for going to a doc in a box when she fell ill after having seen a urologist for the stones.
Not a big fan of doc in a box medicine. Most people could get by with first aidr and common sense if they had any.
My son has been weeks trying to get results of an ultrasound for gall stones from the gastroenterologist. The office won't even call him back.
I have spent most of the last month trying to get the doctor to call the pharmacy to explain to them his prescription that does not make sense. Good I am not dying yet. The quack shack clinic won't return calls from anyone it appears.
Most expensive medicine in the world but far from the best. Very far. Medicine in the US can't even commit to process the simplest and most routine things. What do you expect from a bunch of liberal arts / arts and sciences majors, certainly not good organization.

This is happening on a broad scale to every institution in our country. Our national decline continues apace.
I have always tried to find older American doctors who were educated at American medical schools. That has become harder to do in recent years. I guess I might have to settle for foreign doctors educated in more-or-less civilized countries. My current primary care guy is from the Philippines. So far, so good.

All the while the law students are going “ka-ching” lawsuits to keep me in gravy.
Don’t trust a doctor under 40 unless you know them well.
I’ve been using the VA since 2016. In that time I’ve had ONE actual MD see me. All other visits have been with Nurse Practitioners.
Not complaining, just stating my experience. They’re taking good care of me, no complaints. All have been female.
I did my OWN doctorin’ last Friday, though. I was in town getting groceries, when I was doubled over in pain. Took myself to the ER and self-diagnosed that I was passing a kidney stone. Four later, it was all over, but it was awful!
Can’t imagine what life is like for people that have little to no medical care.
At the rate were going, we’ll all learn soon enough. :(
I knew there was a reason to choose Doctors trained in China or India. I had back to back primary care from a husband and wife from Kenya. Their English was hard to understand, but they took the time to be understood. The Wife was hired first, and she was beautiful, lithe and petite. She also had a personality that brought joy. A year later, the clinic hired her Husband, he was more business like, until I told him about his wife, who had moved on to a specific practice. He lit up like a christmas tree. He talked about her and their life while he went about business. Show me and AA doctor born in the US who could be described like those two?
