(Delusions)
It is indeed a delusion and represents a foreshadowing of the coming Strong Delusion which will be sent upon the world that has rejected Jesus Christ as Messiah.
It is completely delusional and madness to teach that a man can become a woman and that a woman can become a man.
2 Thessalonians 2:7-12

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

I wish someone would confront the left with these facts- put it plainly to them, and make it known that they are defending the indefensible when they demand that society take the mentally Ill and their delusions seriously and treat them as though they were factual.
I suspect though that many don’t actually have delusions but just ,ove to be contrary, and want to force society to accept their rediculous contrariness. Consider the following by Theodore

What’s far worse than the delusionals are all the “normals” that embrace and support or tolerate the delusion.
They are an infinitesimal minority, yet they’ve managed to gain overwhelming power over society,
The 64K question is, how did they manage to do that?

Believing you are something that God says you’re not, something your DNA confirms you’re not, is pretty well covered by steps 1 and 2.
Watch out for that next step. It’s a long step down.
