More people believe in bigfoot than believe they will ever get Social Security.
They’re probably right.

Because they prefer to view blurred jiggly video of “wow, what was that”... as proof. Like UFOs why has no-one ever gotten what could be gotten, at night with high quality infrared low light video and/or stills. And hold the cameras still (or steady cam mounted)! Always some “gotcha” click bait... like blair witch movie of.. nothing.
Answer this is a self supporting hoax. Now the Yeti way up in isolated snow mountains Himalayans... well maybe. But not wandering around the swamps and deep woods with zero sign of where they might live.

I saw Bigfoot in front of a big Ford building in St.Louis. By the time I was able to get back to see it up close, they drove it away.

Big Foot doesn’t want your women or your kids. He just wants to be left alone to stalk the tractless forests in peace with his kind.
Big Guy, on the other hand...

Here’s more proof that Bigfoot doesn’t exist. They are supposed to be smart. But the obvious path would be for them would be to get a reality show while those are still popular. Urban encroachment will eventually eliminate their hiding places.

If one is found it will be declared an endangered species and the entire Northwest will be made into a Megapod Reserve. So be sure to shoot, shovel backhoe and shut up.

There is no real way to tax them so I suspect they shall remain undiscoveted.

I saw a bigfoot once. Broad daylight. From about 70-80 yards away. It was sitting peacefully in the shade of a small tree, looking out over a field or meadow. We stared at it for a good 5 minutes. Terrifying. Thank God it never became aware of us. I tried to report it to the local constabulary, and they thought it was a prank and didn’t pay any attention. I’ve often wondered how many other legitimate sightings were just laughed off, instead of being investigated.

The issue is whether homo sapiens is just a species or genus, and if there are other "relic hominids" about in the forests. It is a matter of academic interest:
Bigfoot and you — ISU prof to offer class that factors Bigfoot into theory of evolution I personally had discounted the existence of Big Foot based upon the lack of remains of the deceased. Prof. Meldrum notes that hominid remains are rarely preserved well and difficult to find in nature. The Patterson film has not been discredited, although many bigfoot videos are hoaxes.
In the Virginia/North Carolina region, bigfoot was called a booger, and the boogey man snatching children refers to that phenomenon. The Native Americans have similar tales. Here is a recent story about a boy spending the night in freezing conditions with a bear after getting lost:
Three-year-old boy missing in woods for two days says friendly bear kept him safe No one familiar with the habits of bears, thinks a bear would do this. A female hominid would be far more likely to care for another young hominid. I would not be surprised in the least if the U.S. government has more proof about Bigfoot than it admits to having. Understand that if relic hominids were admitted to be living in U.S. Forests, that logging would be limited by the Endangered Species Act.

They must exist. Investigators in Maine have uncovered an attempt to register dozens of them as Democratic voters.

If Bigfoots (Bigfeet?) were real, college recruiters would be swarming the woods looking to sign football and basketball players for their teams.

Why So Many Americans Believe in BigfootI am so glad that MSN decided to address this issue and take us away from such humdrum issues of daily life like maybe, oh, securing the southern border and evicting illegals from our country.
