The federal income tax was unconstitutional for most of our county’s existence.
The founders of this country would have never agreed to it.
We should repeal it.

If you are a citizen of the United States, the government has assumed your identity as a taxpayer - a contractual obligation imposed on you when you were a newborn baby for government debts and services which you never signed your name to.
Did someone assume your identity? Oh noes! That’s not very politically correct. Identity theft much?
In legal parlance a name in all capital letters designates a corporation or the estate of the deceased. A US citizen is a corporation and is responsible to pay the debt of the United States (incorporated 1871) through taxation. If you want proof you are presumed to be a tax payer:
Look at your name on your drivers license. Is it in all capital letters?
Look at your name on your vehicle registration. Is it in all capital letters?
Look at your name on your auto insurance. Is it in all capital letters?
Look at your name on your debit card. Is it in all capital letters?
Look at your name on your utility statement. Is it in all capital letters?
Look at your name on your phone/internet bill. Is it in all capital letters?
Look at your name on your mortgage. Is it in all capital letters?
If you do not want to identify as a taxpayer, corporation or a dead man which accepts the responsibility for the debt created by your public employees, you must create superior evidence to the contrary and correct the public record so you have lawful standing. This is called correcting your political status as an American State National. Instead of the responsibility of paying taxes it comes with the responsibility of reeducating yourself. American State Nationals do not participate in corporate elections. Be aware of this.

Fascinating, and at the same time breathtaking the lies we’ve all lived our entire lives, and now most accept it as reality when it is just a house of cards.

Be aware, David Straight’s method puts people in dual citizenship remaining subject to federal jurisdiction.
No; it says income taxes may be imposed without apportionment among the states. And before it, there was no mention of income tax in particular, but “direct taxes” in Article 1 Section 2.
In short, the Sixteenth Amendment inserted the second plank of communism, “a heavy progressive or graduated income tax”, into the Constitution, even though the amendment does not say it has to be perpetual.
All those taxes you listed, it’s one big con job. They only expand the size of government, which requires more and more money to operate so it can continue to expand. Those who’ve hijacked government want to control and regulate literally everything.
But how can the 16th Amendment be considered valid if we take the view that the interests of the international banking cabal never outweigh those of the American people?

What I’ve said to you here speaks to the spirit of the law. But as for the letter of the law, the 16th Amendment—and a whole lot more than that—should be considered null and void because it happened within the fraudulent system established by the Act of 1871.
I was ratified! The fact it was ratified in no way indicates my approval that this is a proper way to fund FedGov. We’ve done dumb amendments in our history suffered for it and are still suffering examples, 17th, 21st (It was repealed, still it was dumb!), 23rd, etc.

You’re welcome to take your reading of it to the local IRS office in lieu of paying your taxes. It’s been done before maybe you can make it work thus time.

There are problems with many "amendments" after the initial 12. Starting with the 13th (look up the original 13th amendment...). The 14th started our travels from Constitutional Republic to the UNITED STATES, INC. From Common Law to Maritime Law. The 14th codified the notion of an "American Citizen", prior to which we were solely citizens of our respective states.
The 16th contravenes the Constitution.
Furthermore, the IRS is merely a collection agency for the non-federal non-reserve Federal Reserve, to pay them for the "privilege" handed to them of printing the money supply with interest.
