Well...then the contract, our Constitution, is violated and is, therefore, null and void. It’s astonishing how many in government think a ‘journalist’ is some sort of ‘authorized’ person (by the government lol!) to engage in journalism. They should get training on the 1st Amendment on the first day of their job. We the people are ALL allowed to engage in journalism, the free press isn’t a special privilege to ‘authorized’ people with ‘press credentials’.

I’ve seen endless 1A audits showing cops believing you require a permit to record in a public lobby of a tax payer funded public building. Demanding ID or ‘press credentials’ is denied, leaving many confused.

A ‘free press’ has to be one of the most sacred rights that the government respects. Once they show they don’t honor it, it’s over.

Benjamin Franklin was a journalist.

Their only ‘license’ was issued from the Holy Bible, as free and individual men.................
