In all seriousness, prion diseases are freaking scary. Probably best to educate the public so as to minimize risk of transmission.

Imagine a protein that somehow resists 800 degrees fahrenheit.
That’s a prion, made up of material that by rights should break up at far lower temperature but due to how it is folded “wrong” resists temperature breakdown.
