I wonder how they tracked them down.
“An indictment is merely an accusation. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.”
If they had been killed while stealing, would they have been presumed guilty?

Police “ We’ll just have to keep them guns for evidence”. Check back in a decade for their return.
Mostly rhetorical (answers not expected):
Why are the feds tacking on enhancements for crimes committed while in possession of firearms?
If they were felons (looks likely from the pic and m.o.), where are the charges for felons in possession of firearms?
Is the Commonwealth of Virginia prosecuting them for the actual burglary and grand theft?
Five year sentence for conspiracy is weak for a crime spree like this, when the obvious intent was selling the guns to criminals illegally.
The J6 “insurrectionists” will serve more time than this scum.
So long as you aren't a J6'er tryung to "steal an election." [from the folks who stole it fair and square]
The police report doesn't mention if anyone from their department responded to the scene at the time of the burglary, nor how, or when they were caught. It says "allegedly 50 weapons" were stolen. The report says nothing about the number of weapons that were actually recovered.
