The Justice Department filed a lawsuit today against the State of Tennessee and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The very act of equating civil rights based upon non-moral aspects such as skin color, race, ethnicity, with an immoral proclivity, based upon feelings, is itself perverse confusion.

Since feelings/orientation toward affirming the Bible and having a unique affection for true Christians is a result of being spiritually born again by effectual faith to the risen Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, then they should be protected from having to affirm LGBTQ and being punished for opposing it. After all, they were born again that way.

Conversely, replace the class of persons that these stats refer to with Christians, as a result of one of their consensual acts (baptism, the Lord's supper?) btwn 2 or more persons and tell me what the reaction would be.
