I think that stopping the cheat goes beyond what the states may (or may not) do. I think it means guarding those ballot drop boxes and if you see someone with more than 1 ballot, physically apprehend the ballots and destroy them. Disenfranchise? They have to prove it in court. For EVERY SINGLE BALLOT as far as I’m concerned.
They’re stuffing the ballot box, and I don’t expect that the politicians in many states care. In fact, in the case of some states (like KY), election theft is enjoyed by both sides of the invisible aisle.
Also, delivery trucks full of ballots can’t deliver if their tires are all punctured and flat. Use your imagination, get devious, mischievous, down and dirty. Our country depends on it.
Oh, and cover your face and license plates and leave the cell phone at home. You can still photograph evidence with a small pocket camera that can’t be tracked.
