Michelle runs, wins and selects Barack to be her VP. The Senate of course will confirm him. After being inaugurated, Michelle resigns, and Barry becomes President for the next four years.
Nothing illegal or unconstitutional about it.

You arw wrong saying the Senate would confirm Barack as vice president. That’s not how this works. Presidential and vice presidential candidates run together in an election.
You make it sound like Michelle gets elected president, then after election, chooses a vice president. That is not correct.

President Michelle picks Kamala, Michelle resigns, Kamala picks Biden, Bidem makes sure Pelosi is head of the House again, both Biden and Kamala resigns, Pelosi picks Mitch McConnell, Pelosi is impeached and convicted, McConnell picks John McCain, McCain reminds McConnell that he's dead, so McConnell picks Michelle Obama, McConnell passes away, Michelle picks Barack Obama, Michelle and Barack switch jobs, and BOOM President Barry, perfectly legal.

The best/worst scenario here would be that big mike is the prez and names obamao as chief of staff. That way he is always there and has an official position immune from impeachment even if the pubs ever actually had the stones to try and impeach. He would be involved in everything and have a reason for always being in the room with all of the other world leaders and then would tell Chewie what to do/say.

In the event of a VP leaving mid-term, does the President not get to select his/her replacement, with Congressional approval? I think maybe you’re right, but not sure of the process details.

In that scenario, I would look for a military officer to fail to carry out orders, because the CinC is illegal.
Zero will not be eligible to be VP because he cannot serve any more terms (as a legitimate president.. we all know he is Brandon’s puppet master).
I think it will be HealsUp and Big Mike. As VP, Big Mike won’t have to do anything, and Zero can continue calling all the shots. Win-win for the communists.
