I bet Daffy Duck wore a dress at some point too (against his will maybe, and him complaining the entire time?) Of course those were the days when it was just comedy shtick (Milton Berle, etc.)

Daffy wore one. Elmer wore one. The Coyote. Even Yosemite Sam.

I guess every cartoon charachter wore a dress at one time or another.
