Tucker Carlson’s fulsome praise of Russia’s capital city is so far off the mark, it’s embarrassing.
Moscow,” Tucker Carlson announced this week, from his populist redoubt at the World Government Summit in Dubai, “is so much nicer than any city in my country. I had no idea. It is so much cleaner, and safer and prettier, aesthetically. Its architecture, food, and services than in any city in the United States. And this is not ideological. How did that happen?”
The simplest answer to this inquiry is that it didn’t.
I daresay that Carlson did, indeed, have a nice time when he visited Moscow. As a rich foreign tourist who was being carefully minded by the Russian government, he was undoubtedly exposed to the Moscow that its champions wanted him to see. And that city, I’ll wager, is pretty swell. But still. Better than every city in the United States? The idea is ridiculous. I have been to Moscow. I have also been to most of the major cities in America. There is no sense in which Moscow could be placed at the top of the list. There is a small part of the place that is rather pretty, and, thanks largely to the mafia, a few good restaurants have popped up, but the rest of it remains as bleak and moribund and soulless as it was during the Soviet era. It is a museum, and an ugly one at that.

The whole lot: Romanian, Cuban, Polish, East German, etc. were subordinate to the KGB. The "peacenik/disarmament" leftist crowd in America were also subordinate to and funded by the KGB.
Yeah I’ve read that. DGI is still the most plausible. Cuba had the motive and easier reach through the US Leftist community.
Calling one nation's people NAZIS, in 2023/'24 is both uneducated and STUPID; however, it is not the same as calling everyone living in one nation, of those descended from people of that nation, but Americans who are American citizens: "not humans" are two very different things! Sadly, for some reason, you are unable to see that.
You could lump one nation's people one thing or another, such as vile, ignorant, even savage, but denying that they are humans is factually incorrect and frankly, stupid!
Oh you are free to add any nonsense to your tagline, but you just keep on making yourself look silly by both of these statements.
You may like and dislike whatever/whomever is your wont... it is your pleasure; however, by making inaccurate/false statements, reflects badly on you. But then, obviously, you don't care one whit, what others then think of you and your puerile opinions.
“Oh you are free to add any nonsense to your tagline”
If William F. Buckley was still alive, he’d urge National Review to either fold its tent, or merge with another leftist rag.
Go look into the nearest mirror. Pity that....NOT!
Sad, so sad...now go back to your delusional day dreams.
San Francisco, LA, Chicago, NY, Atlanta, Memphis, Kansas City, St. Louis, Denver etc. Show me the good part.
Every large city in my region prompts me to keep my hand on my weapon.

Aside from a road crisis it is OK.
Living fewer than 300 miles from Boise and the Treasure Valley it just seems like an ordinary place to me. Not sure what all the excitement is about. The proximately to great skiing is notable, though.
To me it means globalized homosexual agenda.
“. It is my understanding that all those people you see just standing there, bent over forward, face pointing to the ground, are heroin addicts who just got their “fix”.”
Much more likely fentanyl these days... With some tranq mixed in.
“Look at footage from American cities in the 30s or 40s or 50s. You saw none of that. People were dressed nicely. There was little crime. The cities were clean.”
WASP America. Before we were invaded by the 3rd world and their culture.
I felt more at home in Warsaw than I did any American city.
I will say, Poland has all the positives that Russia may have, without the negatives.
