this can screw you up in so many ways that you can't even believe. doctors don't understand it. Very few Doctors really know how to treat it. And symptoms can be like long Covid. It could have been causing you a problem for a long time without your realizing it as the source but once your Vagus nerve got damaged from Covid it could have all gone to hell
