Oh I thought they referred to stopping traffic dramas.
no not even close to cruising down the street.
its a take over of an intersection with people doing stupid and dangerous stunts, they take over any parking lots at the interesctions too.
I was making the point that what started as innocent cruising in the 50s and 60s has evolved to this nightmare. I was not saying that this is “cruising.”
It’s like everything else in society — swirling the drain.
Is “San Joaquin County California” in Florida? And just sounds like it’s in California?
It’s in the Central Valley of CA. Between Modesto and Lodi.
I can see how people being stupid can be dangerous.
I can see how some people think the job of the Police is to fix stupid.
I can see how the Police think the best way to do their jobs is to confiscate things.
But I’d rather there were some other way to get the job of “preserving the peace” done.
I admit there may be no better way.
