The bottom line for me and everyone else..... Just reduce your sodium intake.

Cut back salt consumption a little at a time and your taste will get used to it and you won't miss it.

It's not hard. You just have to do it.

The problem is, our convenience foods are loaded with salt and sugar to make up for the lack of real flavor they have because they are using substandard ingredients. Our taste buds have been corrupted and conditioned to expect the high salt taste.

Real food tastes good. Eat that instead.

When I travel to Europe, I marvel at how much better their food tastes than it does here.

No kidding. I can’t even eat Campbell’s Soup. Luckily my wife makes a mean batch of homemade soup.
