Or, ya know, genuine Celtic Sea Salt. Well, no. Celtic sea salt is still sodium chloride...not potassium chloride.
Like Himalayan salt, it has many other trace elements that are beneficial. And it does not contain iodine like iodized table salt.

Celtic sea salt has less sodium than table salt, plus minerals.

I bake my sourdough bread using only fine Mediterranean Sea Salt.
Of course, a tablespoon in a one pound loaf isn’t very much.
