I can taste the difference. Easy. And I’m no chef...
Hypertension caused by being hydrated has ZERO to do with strokes or heart attacks! If you have high blood pressure caused by clogged arteries, then yes: High blood pressure is a SYMPTOM of something bad.
But high blood pressure can have a variety of causes, many pretty benign. Dehydrating oneself to lower blood pressure - a common drug given is meant to do that - is DUMB.
That is dumb and unscientific.
Salt only increases your blood pressure if you have a certain type of high blood pressure.
If you don't reducing your salt will do nothing.
But reading politicized science articles written by morons also increases blood pressure.
Thus "XIAOYUE XU (LUNA), ALTA SCHUTTE AND BRUCE NEAL, THE CONVERSATION" should all be wrapped up in chains and thrown in the ocean as shark food. This will reduce at least a bit the high blood pressure in the world.
Except frozen vegetables are fresher than canned and cook up quickly.
Frozen veggies are good.
Just general, non thorough, ideas.
Sort of a nutrition Pareto’s principle.
Love it.
It’s now very well documented that consuming TWICE the recommended amount of sodium is far better regarding life expectancy than eating the recommended or less than recommended amount of sodium.
To put it another way - less sodium does mean lower blood pressure, but (statistically) you will also die younger.
My blood pressure is in the 120 over 80 area almost anytime I check. I eat to many salty chips but still normal range. Those that have high blood pressure have it for other reasons. Maybe marriage? Kids?... Bills... : )
I have been taking magnesium 250mg and added potassium 99mg every day for months.
I started as I was getting numb below the knees when in bed after a few hours that would force me to get up. I blamed the mattress but have since gotten a new one last Sept 2023 and still was an issue. After taking the pills the numbness was greatly reduced.
I suspect I have Sciatica nerve issue as I cannot sit long in an office chair and so I stand a lot. I added two 1” x 27” x 80” nufoam polyester foam I bought at Joann Fabrics store in my area and placed on the bed foundation and the mattress on top and it feels even better and the numbness is even much less.
The magnesium also clears the face look making it smooth.
The potassium may help as well but articles say magnesium is good for everything.
Still looking for the hair growing pills... : )

What are the symptoms of low potassium and magnesium?
Symptoms
Feeling of skipped heart beats or palpitations.
Fatigue.
Tingling or numbness <——
Both magnesium and potassium are important minerals that support your overall health and well-being. Magnesium supports essential muscle and heart functioning while potassium benefits heart functioning by helping to control the activity of the heart muscle.
What does magnesium and potassium do together?
You definitely can (and probably should) take both of these together, whether in your diet or in supplement form. Studies have even found that together, the magnesium-potassium combination provides powerful support for cardiovascular health, especially when it comes to healthy blood pressure support.
#36 Campbell’s Chunky Chicken Soup is now too watery and I swear they have added more garlic to cover up the lack of tasty ingredients.
I make my own now and it comes out tasting pretty good. Secret ingredient is “Better Than Bouillon” and adding Good Seasonings Italian Dressing on the chicken when I cook it.
