Here in the Boston area it was called StarCase then Preview i believe.
It was on channel 68 i think.
As kids we’d watch it and once in a while catch a boob in the scramble.
so exciting!
Remember the public access channel on cable TV? Here locally an individual was using his constitutional right for free speech, and had access to the public access channel. He gave detailed instructions on how to build a pipe bomb. All the powers that be were just wetting their pants. They really didn’t know what to do, because free speech and everything. And of course, the public outcry both for and against his instructions to make pipe bombs was really quite interesting.
