In & Out easily beats Whataburger
Incrediburgable!
“His name was Tony Kiritsis. Maybe you remember him.”
Oh yea, I remember him. He’s the guy that had the shotgun wired to the back of his landlord’s? neck. Broadcast live on TV.
Hardees still big down South. One in every town in Alabama and Georgia.
Yea, I must be high.
There is no where inside of I-465 that is safe.
“There are 1628 Hardee’s left, predominantly in the southeast.”
Wow, I didn’t know there were that many left.
“NOBODY beats Whataburger, though!”

Too soon!
I remember as a young boy in the 60s my uncle coming up on a Friday afternoon and telling my cousins and I, “Let’s go to Burger Chef.” They had one about 10-15 miles away in Marietta not far from where the Big Chicken is (there’s a Church’s Fried Chicken there now at the old BC spot, IIRC). We always looked forward to it.
I really liked Burger Chef food, btw.
If the murderers can be identified, they should fry.
Here’s the source I used and a density map showing where they are

We lost a number of them in Indiana. I kind of assumed that most were closed.
Northside was pretty darn safe. I know, I grew up there in the 60’s & 70’s.
