NYC is finished, anyone still living there, time to abandon ship. I grew up there and left in 2014. In a few years if not sooner gangs will be the system of “justice” in that hellhole, there will be no cops or cops who will just be used as revenue collectors, pretty much what they are now. The Marxist city council overrode Adams veto and now require cops to spend almost all their time writing reports even if someone asks them them the time. Crime is going to utterly explode.
Four cops, 33 rounds per magazine, 2-4 magazines per officer, there could been a whole crowd on their knees with their fingers interlocked on their head saying "SIR, YES SIR!" as loud as they could.

Attacking a Lew Enforcement Officer is a felony in most states. I’m old enough to remember that if a cop yelled to a fleeing felon “Stop! Police! Stop!” and the felon kept fleeing the cop could shoot to kill.
Whether that is good or not, is an open question. What is NOT an open question is that felons most often stopped running and did NOT assault an officer.
