there was one song that i would hear at work but can’t even remember that one..

What an idiot that guy is! Wasting all that time memorizing stupid Taylor Swift songs. I’d like to say more, but I’m busy trying to memorize all the songs ever sung on ‘Hee Haw’.

I have to tell you, I’m pretty sick of all the current and former NFL players who seem to be partaking of some sort of celebrity status via ads. I thought the Oreo ads were ok back in the day, but they’ve unleashed a monster in the Mannings. I used to respect them. No longer. It’s such a crock.

Mahomes, Kelce, Swift, and the rest of them can KMA.

I can usually identify her songs when I hear them, and that’s when I start playing Lynyrd Skynyrd on my phone.

That’s actually pretty impressive. I remember the days of Name That Tune, I was a kid towards the end of that show’s run. I always thought it was cool how people could recognize on just a couple of notes, and then of course the holy grail: ONE note. Then as an adult I’ll put random mixes on while I do the yard work and I’ll hear a certain PING come out of my pocket and yell “oooh Echos”. There’s probably a dozen bands I could get 20+ songs in a minute. The hard part for me is actually wanting to stop the song “you were doing great until Can’t You Hear Me Knocking” “yeah I love that song, put it back on.”

You learn something new every day. I better get cracking if I have any hope of breaking his record.

Bringing back “Name That Tune” in the 2020s is a real challenge because no popular song has had a real tune since about 1972.
