I had to check if this was the BEE. Only a doofus would vote for Biden becuase of a Swift endorsement.
This Chiefs fan hopes Taylor Swift stays out of politics.
Other than a few family friends I don’t think she’s endorsed anyone and has generally shown enough smarts to largely stay out of the political arena. Risking Alienating 1/2 your audience is never a good move.
I assume that is why they floated that “poll” not long ago showing 20% would listen to Taylor in the press, hoping to encourage her to endorse.
Given that came out. Few days ago and now this, it would appear my hunch may be correct. They are trying to “encourage” her to do so

Actually, a pretty sound plan. Pull in Taylor and a few social media influencers and he can fake enough support to make the extra mystery ballots seem plausible.

It looks like the NFL has dodged a bad song so far by letting the Cheifs get as far as they have. If the Cheifs win the Superbowl, the NFL might get a good song and even more fans than Phylis George delivered. If she ever starts writing political songs, it could be the end of Western Civilization.
1) People who pay attention to “endorsements” are dumb.
2) People who seek “endorsements” from professional entertainers are dumber.
3) People who pay attention to “endorsements” from professional entertainers are dumbest.
The Biden campaign is reportedly hoping to secure Taylor Swift’s endorsement in 2024.
The pop megastar endorsed Biden in 2020.
Biden’s resorting to the old political trick
going to a crowded venue organized for another purpose
duping voters into thinking the audience is there to support him and his agenda.
Many of the Swifties are not independent women, but dependent on their parents for support, shelter, and to pay for concert tickets and transportation. Folks in Red states, especially now, will think twice before shelling out $1000 for tickets for their daugther(s) to go to a show where the headline act will ask them to vote against their interests.
She may alienate half her audience, but a good part of that "half" is footing the bill for her concerts and merchandise. Sure, some will vote for JRB, some will not, and some the sweet, impressionable young women with working-class parents that she counts as fans will stay home.
She's already taking a risk by being so gushingly public about her romance with Kelce; the smartest thing she could do is quit while she's ahead and sit this one out.
