Wonder if she’s being paid to be there. Anything is possible. How else would she know to hang out at that address? I can’t find it online unless I do a deep search.

Of course she’s being paid to be there. I don’t know who’d be doing it but there it is. No earthly rhyme or reason for how some illegal would know or care to camp out there for days/weeks other than getting paid by somebody.
