Racist me wonders if this is where all the white/east Asian workers who can’t break the DEI ceiling are finding employment.
We do not want to return to the office and will fight like hell to avoid having to do so - up to and including taking less money if necessary. If your company does not offer 100% remote work and your competitors do, say goodbye to your top employees.
