Note that in case of a 25-A process, it is possible for the Joint Chiefs to hold C-in-C authority until such time the (relieved) POTUS returns to duty and/or a new POTUS results from a free and fair election.
This could be months or even the remainder of the term that VPOTUS (acting POTUS) is \not\ C-in-C.
If the Joint Chiefs were not Trump loyalists and were more loyal to the globalists, their authority and decisions during that tumultuous time, however brief, might not have been much different than having Pelosi in charge. I don’t know who they were or where their loyalties lay. I truly appreciate the correction and needed to know this before becoming an American (*wink*).
