Well, some rumor mills are saying Biden will be out of the race by May, and the Democrat candidate will be picked at the convention. You have to present your case before a convention full of delegates. Will this happen before the delegates vote on a platform or after? Conventions have become nothing but pep rallies for the parties. Instead of a Three-day party, they may have to actually do some work on the floor. Depending on how many people throw their hat in the ring, the convention could stretch out too Six or Seven days.
