Why wouldn’t there be primordial black holes?

If the theory is everything got blown out in the first instant, it doesn’t necessarily mean 100% of everything was equally ‘spaced’. I would think it’s likely that there was significant variation or irregularity

Independent the definition of primordial.

In the first 300,000-1,000,000 years there was no matter as we know it, only energy.
