Malinformation (information which is true but inconvenient to the ruling class) must be outlawed!

FDA is EVIL ... of course they’re asking this TX Fed court to drop this case!

I pray they will NOT!!

These good docs deserve justice.....actual justice, not XiDen/BigPharma/DS INjustice.

Thx for the ping.

AFAIK, The Philippine armed forces distributed ivermectin to its members without prescription or restriction.

This lawsuit looks like a bunch of grandstanding.

A warning is not a regulation.

While ivermectin may be approved for treating parasites, it is not approved for treating viruses. Viruses and parasites are as different biologically as airplanes are different from kitchen blenders.

The FDA can and does warn against claiming that a substance has specific therapeutic properties that it does not have. The FDA issues warning against these kinds of claims all the time.

This lawsuit will go nowhere.

FDA will be in a bind since ivermectin has been in use as a anti cancer drug and for high blood pressure since at least 2019.

To hell with the FDA, we’re on our own. I can do the math for the proper dosage. I got Ivermectin when I needed it for COVID and I’ll get Fenbendazole if I need it for cancer.

Ivermectin, ‘Wonder drug’ from Japan: the human use perspective Feb. 10, 2011 - ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Discovered in the late-1970s, the pioneering drug ivermectin, a dihydro derivative of avermectin—originating solely from a single microorganism isolated at the Kitasato Intitute, Tokyo, Japan from Japanese soil—has had an immeasurably beneficial impact in improving the lives and welfare of billions of people throughout the world.

(snip)

There are few drugs that can seriously lay claim to the title of ‘Wonder drug’, penicillin and aspirin being two that have perhaps had greatest beneficial impact on the health and wellbeing of Mankind. But ivermectin can also be considered alongside those worthy contenders, based on its versatility, safety and the beneficial impact that it has had, and continues to have, worldwide—especially on hundreds of millions of the world’s poorest people.

at issue is the fact that an EUA for the experimental mRNA vaccines REQUIRED that there be no other known treatment for
COVID-19

The “problem” here is that as far back as 2005

https://virologyj.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1743-422X-2-69

it was KNOWN THAT CHLOROQUINE was a “potent” treatment for SARS-Coronavirus.

This invalidates the premise for the mRNA experimental use authorization (EUA)that was granted by the FDA
