There’s a whole lot of reasons not to involve her in any administration in any way....I hope Trump doesn’t make ANOTHER VP mistake......I love me some DJT but as we all know, personel choices aren’t exactly his strong suit.....as a matter of fact, if he’s got an achilles heel....that’s it.

Trump will not pick his running mate. The GOP leadership will.

I don’t envision a scenario where they’d force Haley Rodham Clinton on the ticket. The GOP seems to have an unofficial policy in place that says they won’t select a VP candidate who was previously a presidential candidate in the same primary campaign season. I think George Bush #1 (1980) was the last running mate selected under those circumstances.

Its not really about Trump. Nimrata, Christie, Hutchison, Pence-all demonstrable parts of the problem plaguing this country from the GOP side ever since GHW Bush couldn't move quuck enough to dismantle Reagan's legacy.

DeSantis in my view, rightly or wrongly, comes off as a trojan horse for the same interests behind the aforementioned candidates.

Ramaswamy has something off to me, but a recent post from CTH I think puts a finger on what it was--an attempt to co-op for motives unknown.

Believe it or not, I am ambivalent about Trump, nor do I have any emotional investment in Trump. But I DO care about the welfare and success of these United States and its citizens, and he is the only person since Reagan to demonstrate the same, both in word and action.

As an aside, a while back, I quipped in a post or two about how long it would take for a number of ardent DeSantis posters on FR would suddenly become ardent Nimrata supporters once it looked like DeSantis wasn't going to make it. Still establishing that time window.
